The high-voltage system is designed to test cables and harnesses. The system allows to measure the circuit resistance; measure insulation resistance; test insulation breakdown; make components‘ parametric and functional control.

The system is based on the NI PXI platform. The software is developed in the NI LabVIEW graphical programming environment.

The system modularity allows to collect up to 100 modules simultaneously. In this case, the modules can be located in different rooms, as they are connected to the LAN.

4. Cable breakdown test at DC
5. Cable breakdown test at AC
6. Cable insulation resistance measurement
7. Validation of cables shielding
8. Validation of twisted pair unsoldering
9. Inductance measurement
